Hi! My name is Caroline. That's me in the photo! Having played team sports since I was just about able to run, as I got a little older I experienced some significant injuries which, meant I needed to change up how I was staying fit and healthy. But, I missed the competitiveness, the connection with others, training and working hard. I needed to find another way to stay physically and more importantly, mentally fit.

Cue the commencement of my gym visits for rehab and yoga and eventually circuit training, running and horse-riding after I had recovered.  I'd finally found some awesome new ways to meet my health and fitness goals again. This lead me to completely re-think what I wanted my lifestyle to look like. Working in the fitness industry, I feel fitter and stronger than I've ever been due to my focus on strength, flexibility, endurance and healthy eating.  Now I help others to achieve healthier lives through health and fitness.

So I know what it takes to make sustainable life changes through exercise and nutrition. You'll always be training at your capacity. You should feel like you are important because you are!
