Golf fitness isn’t about looking like a bodybuilder or being the best player on tour but it is about being fit to play the game at your highest level and doing so without causing injury. It’s about understanding how your body’s limitations can influence your golf swing and how to address those limitations through the proper channels such as personal training or a training program.

 

Using the TPI Body-Swing Connection™ Screening I'll identify your physical strengths and opportunities as they relate to your golf game and provide you a fully customised report with your own "TPI Golf Fitness Handicap". The best golfers in the world are assessed weekly according to the exact same assessment protocols that I will take you through. Note: Whilst it is possible to deliver this screening virtually e.g. for those living remotely, it is optimal to deliver it in-person if possible.

 

Next, you have a choice!

 

  • You can complete a follow up personal training session with me and I’ll provide a customised training session, based on your report findings so you can work towards achieving your best level of golf performance. You of course have the option after this session to continue training with me and progress further over time with your golf fitness. Note: This part of the service can be delivered live online or in-person.

 

  • Or, I will write you a 6-week training program which you can complete in your time, at home, in the gym, etc. Your program can be written according to the equipment you have access to. This program will include demonstration videos and/or images and you will be offered (this is optional if desired) a 20 mins live video Q&A call to take you through the exercises. This program will still very much be based on your report findings so you can achieve your best level of golf performance no matter which way you choose to go.

 

Many of the most common swing characteristics and loss of swing efficiency are directly connected to how the body is functioning. So, if you’re serious about your golf then you need to ensure your fitness is not holding you back.
