What public facilities are nearby?

There are bathrooms, a café, a restaurant, parking, benches, water fountains and even barbecues within 100 metres of our workout area!

Can I even afford this?

Yes, it just might be less expensive than you think.  The prepay credit system means you use your credits as you go - price list here. No constantly thinking about paying per week or per month or feeling guilty because you didn’t make it one week because you were unwell or away. P.S. Not saying come once a month and you’ll be super fit – put the work in regularly and you’ll see the results in no time.

What happens if it’s wet?

We train in the rain! In fact, some of our best sessions are when it’s wet. Every precaution is taken to protect your health and safety while you’re training. I set up near shaded areas should we need them to protect us against the sun, the rain and whatever else comes our way! I'm also experienced at revising the session design if needed, according to the weather conditions - so don’t worry.

Will I get dirty?

If you train outdoors let’s just say, don’t wear white! If it’s a wetter day you might like to bring a change of runners or even socks to change into afterwards but not usually necessary for at least 9 months of the year here in Sydney!

Do I need to buy any equipment?

In general, it is a good idea for all exercise sessions to bring a sweat towel, a bottle of water, sun cream and/or insect repellent if you think you might need these. If the ground is damp a large towel works better (not so slippy). Training with Outright Change Fitness means that any other exercise equipment is supplied, unless you prefer to BYO.

Is everyone super fit?

A wide range of fitness levels come to HIIT the Park. Each session is designed with different levels in mind so you can work to your own capacity. For example, if a lot of running is not your thing you will be given an alternative exercise or shorter run to do. Let your trainer know and they'll do their best.

Do I need to book? What if I can’t make it to a session?

You're required to book in at least 12 hours before class. Session bookings close 12 hours before.  Except in medical and/or emergency circumstances (proof may be requested if you request a credit to be returned) you are required to cancel from your session up to 12 hours before.  Please also see CovidSafe Policy e.g. you should cancel immediately if you have any flu like symptoms, need to get tested for Covid-19 or have been told to self-isolate.

Hopefully, you feel this arrangement is fair because the session and the equipment are always prepared prior, according to who and how many have registered. Some sessions may also be waitlisted, so keeping your booking means someone else who is waiting may not have time to take your spot without sufficient notice.

Can I bring my kids or my pooch!?!

No worries! We are training outdoors so it can make it a really nice experience. Please note that as I am focused on ensuring you exercise safely and effectively I am unable to mind or be responsible for children or pets. It is up to you if you feel that bringing your lovely children or pooches along won't be disruptive to your training or others who will be training with you.
