COVIDSAFE POLICY FOR OUTRIGHT CHANGE FITNESS

Please bring a large towel or exercise mat, a sweat towel (if required), a bottle of water as well as a hat and sun cream and/or insect repellent if you think you might need these too. Outlined further below are additional the COVIDSafe practices you must follow during all in-person personal and group training.

  1. Remember to bring your own exercise mat or large beach towel if you would like to use one. When the ground is damp a large towel works better as it is not so slippy;

  2. Bring a mask to all training sessions whether you will be wearing this for the time or not. When performing high intensity exercises e.g. running, you can pop your mask down or a good place to keep it safe is on your upper arm;

  3. Wash hands with antibacterial spray provided before AND after training. You may also use your own antibacterial spray, gel, etc. if you have brought this;

  4. In NSW, Australia physical or social distancing means reducing the close physical contact we have with people and staying 1.5 metres away from people we don't live with. People living in the same household do not need to be 1.5 metres from each other. This applies to partner and team exercises (when partner and group classes are permitted).

  5. Ensure you don’t share equipment if you’ve brought your own. You are not required to pick up or handle any shared exercise equipment (applies to group fitness). If we use equipment, it is yours for the duration of the session;

  6. Cancel from your session if you’ve ANY cold or flu symptoms, going to get COVID-19 tested, have had a COVID-19 test and are waiting on your results, have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed or suspect COVID-19 diagnosis or you have been told to self-isolate;

  7. Please see cancellation and suitable alterative location policy e.g. in wet weather, here for personal training (24 hours notice) and group fitness (12 hours notice). Cancelations inside of these periods may incur loss of session credit. Exemption requests from the cancellation policy due to a COVID-19 scenario are considered on a case by case basis and appropriate evidence may be requested to support this type of request;

  8. Review COVID-19 Safety Plan for Outright Change Fitness here

Many thanks for your cooperation. If we can all do our part we'll stay safe and maintain our exercise routines through this year and beyond. Thank you so much as always for continuing to train with me and support Outright Change Fitness.
