WHY GOLF FITNESS?

All golfers (young and young at heart!) now know that fitness is a huge part of the game.​

Physical limitations cause movement inefficiencies that lead to a loss of power, swing speed and inconsistent ball striking.  Poor flexibility is detrimental to the development of a repeatable swing that utilises the body's full potential.​ This is why I've created multiple customised personal training and group fitness programs, just for golfers.

As a TPI Certified Expert (level 2), my personal training and group fitness programs fully leverage this knowledge and experience.

Golf fitness isn’t about looking like a bodybuilder or being the best player on Tour but it is about being fit to play the game at your highest level and doing so without causing injury. It’s about understanding how your body’s limitations can influence your golf swing and how to address those limitations through the proper channels such as personal training.

 

Using the TPI Body-Swing Connection™ Screening I'll identify your physical strengths and opportunities as they relate to your golf game and provide a fully customised report.  The best golfers in the world are assessed weekly according to the exact same assessment protocols that you will be taken through.

TPI PERSONAL TRAINING​

Next, train with me and I’ll provide a highly customised training plan, based on your report findings which, incorporates strength and conditioning so you can achieve your best level of golf performance.

 

Many of the most common swing characteristics and loss of swing efficiency are directly connected to how the body is functioning.

 

If you’re serious about your golf then you need to ensure your fitness is not holding you back. This service can be delivered in-person or online.

TPI  WORKSHOPS & GROUP TRAINING​

Join me, a Certified TPI Expert who will guide your through: 

​

  • Movement Workshop: The 16 x physical movement patterns which form the TPI Body-Swing Connection™. You'll learn your physical strengths and development areas according to the 16 x physical movement patterns.​ You'll practice exercises to put you on the right track in addressing any physical limitations that may be causing swing inefficiencies.

​

  • Group Circuit Training: You'll train together as small fitness group and work your way through a circuit of exercises designed to improve mobility, functional movement patterns, strength and stability (core, upper, lower), power and cardiovascular systems as they relate specifically relate to golf.  

​

Both are delivered in your golf club. Participant numbers are capped to ensure quality and value.
