This is a once off offer for you and your buddy (as new clients) to allow you to experience buddy training firsthand and then make up your mind after this. This allows you both to test things out before buying a bundle of 5, 10 or more sessions. Personal Training (2 People) is where you train with a friend or partner. Many people find this to be a cost-effective way of availing of personal training services while reducing the costs by training with another person. Also suitable and motivating for fiends and partners who want to train and get fit together and who have similar fitness goals.

With this type of training you both will receive attention with sessions relevant to your fitness goals.  It is important to note however that in order to provide the right support your goals and abilities should be similar. If they are very different to one another 1:2 training might not be appropriate. In this case 1:1 training will be more appropriate. Please send an inquiry through and we can take it from there to decide which option is appropriate.

Sessions are provided in Centennial Park, Trumper Park or beside Paddington Uniting Church. The location may be informed by your preferred time and weather conditions on the day.  Note: This price is based on Outdoor (Park) PT for 2 people. If you would like Indoor PT (Gym) or In-Home add 25% to the final price. There is also the option to avail of this service online.

Notes: Sessions are between 45-50 mins. If we’ve competed your session then great! Some activities may require a few extra minutes however e.g. if you’re learning a new exercise and you need extra instruction I will always spend the time to ensure you can do this.
