Duration: 14 Days Time allocation per day: Up to 20 mins Where: At home or outdoors Equipment required: None Time zone: Any Princess Diana wore that head-turning number the same night that Prince Charles confessed on national television that he had been unfaithful to her. The dress was referred to as the ‘revenge dress’ from the then on! The term ‘revenge body’ no doubt took inspiration from Princess Diana. Revenge bodies are built to make an ex (who has cheated, or otherwise ruined or ended the relationship) want you back. But you’re too good for them now of course, you don't need them! 😉 Getting revenge is not the goal of this month’s challenge, despite the name! 👗 The point is that sometimes channeling an emotion (a strong and positive one) can be extremely effective to keep you focused. You just need to channel what drives you and use that to keep you on track. What would drive your health and fitness goal right now? 🎯 Okay now…hold onto that thought…because here comes the 14 day challenge! This is a combination challenge including short at home workouts, step goals, mobility e.g. walking, stretching, strength exercises for upper, lower, core as well as healthy habits e.g. nutrition, sleeping, hydration. Steps alternate between exercise and healthy habits over the 14 days.
